Finished the heater blower conversion yesterday. Got the heater box reassembled, the speed resister installed, the blower installed and the wiring completed. To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. On low speed the blower can barely be heard. On high speed the heat will drive me out of the car on a 40 degree day. In addition air can actually be felt cumming out of the defroster. For me it's a win, win, win.
